If services have commenced, refunds may be considered proportionate to the amount of work completed at the time of request.
Work already delivered, reviewed, or approved by the client is generally non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are typically non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

• Completed editing or formatting work
• Approved design drafts
• Consultation sessions that have taken place
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (such as ISBN purchases or registration fees)

5. Project Termination

If a project is terminated by the client, payment is required for work completed up to the termination date.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Refund eligibility is not based on publishing outcomes, sales performance, rankings, or platform approvals. Our services are delivered according to the defined project scope.

8. Policy Modifications
